We have personally selected a range of hotel options for attendees at exclusive discounted rates. All hotels are within walking distance of Beijing International Convention Center (BICC) where the meeting will be held and in or near Olympic Park. At the headquarters hotel, the Beijing Continental Grand Hotel is connected to the convention centre, with direct access.
The 2nd Global Symposium is working withChina Star Ltd, the official housing and tour agency, to assist you in making reservations for both your hotel stay and special tours.

How to Book
We strongly recommend that hotel accommodation is booked early. We are happy to be of assistance in all matters concerning hotel reservations for the Symposium.  Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant, but this has been included in your hotel rates. Hotel reservations will be confirmed only after receiving one night deposit of hotel accommodation by credit card or bank transfer within 10 working days from the day of booking. Participant needs to pay the balance to the hotel directly when checking out.

Cancellation of Accommodation
All changes/cancellations must be received in writing by fax or email to China Star Ltd.  

• Cancellations/changes received before Aug 15^th 2012: full refund
• Cancellations/changes received from Aug. 16^th to Sep. 15^th 2012: 50% refund
• Cancellations/changes received after Sep. 15^th 2012: No refund

Late arrival/early departure fee: If you arrive later or leave earlier than the dates of your confirmed booking, the total accommodation amount will be charged and no refunds will be made. In the event of non-arrival, the hotel will automatically release the reservation and full payment will be non-refundable.
